• The one & only Teddy Savage is bringing you a seated core workout!

    Want MORE CORE? You’re in luck! PF trainer Teddy is here to take you through a series of seated moves that target the central part of your body — the core. Teddy will be using the 30 Minute Circuit area within a Planet Fitness, but you’re free to do the workout at home or anywhere on the go. Remember, all equipment is optional and you can modify any movements in order to fit your fitness level!

    Before you get started, make sure to have some water on hand and don’t forget to always go at your own pace. Teddy will open up the workout with a brief seated warm up. After that, he will take you through 2 circuits of additional seated core movements. This section of the workout will last approximately 16 minutes and will be followed by a short cool down consisting of stretching.

    Looking for even MORE core workouts? Make sure to download the Planet Fitness app. You can also find content for all muscle groups on our YouTube channel. Of course, keep tuning in to Facebook Live Monday through Friday at 7:00 pm ET for BRAND NEW workouts led by Planet Fitness trainers.
