• The one & only Teddy Savage is bringing you a seated core workout!

    Want MORE CORE? You’re in luck! PF trainer Teddy is here to take you through a series of seated moves that target the central part of your body — the core. Teddy will be using the 30 Minute Circuit area within a Planet Fitness, but you’re free to do the workout at home or anywhere on the go. Remember, all equipment is optional and you can modify any movements in order to fit your fitness level!

    Before you get started, make sure to have some water on hand and don’t forget to always go at your own pace. Teddy will open up the workout with a brief seated warm up. After that, he will take you through 2 circuits of additional seated core movements. This section of the workout will last approximately 16 minutes and will be followed by a short cool down consisting of stretching.

Don’t worry about the equipment in the background — she’ll be providing modifications for those making this a home workout. This workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, so feel free to take it at your own pace.

    In this warm up, you’ll be doing arm circles, arm scissors, and more. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll head into the main circuit with exercises like bent over rows, and overhead tricep extensions. Are you feeling amazing? You sure did amazing. Kelly will take you through a cool down routine before finishing the session.
