    PF Trainer Kelly is in the PF 360 Area, where she’ll take you through a seated upper body workout. Don’t worry about the equipment in the background — she’ll be providing modifications for those making this a home workout. This workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, so feel free to take it at your own pace.

    In this warm up, you’ll be doing arm circles, arm scissors, and more. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll head into the main circuit with exercises like bent over rows, and overhead tricep extensions. Are you feeling amazing? You sure did amazing. Kelly will take you through a cool down routine before finishing the session.
